For over a decade, Charles River Apparel kids jackets have been designed without drawstrings at the neck. Each of their kids' styles have also been tested for lead and complies with the United States Consumer Product Safety Act. The Children Series fits average sized children approximately 4-7 years old.
Features: waterproof and windproof New Englander polyurethane bonded to a woven backing to provide additional fabric strength; wind flap and heat-sealed seams throughout to seal wind and rain out; stripe accent on front and back as well as dual stripe on right arm; elasticized hood.
