Machine wash garments in cold water, NO BLEACH. Worn or washed garments are considered accepted and can not be returned.
Artwork may be supplied by the customer and our artist can make any adjustments, or our artist can work up a design from an idea you may have. We have many ideas available on our website that can be changed to fit your corporation. All designs produced by EZ Corporate Clothing become the property of EZ Corporate Clothing. Any artwork can be mailed, or faxed for approval, but failure to respond in a timely manner could result in a delay in receiving your order when you may have requested. It is best to send artwork to art@EZCorporateClothing.com with the order number in the subject of the email.
We can use art that you send as long as it has clean black lines. If we must re-draw or re-touch your art, there will be an extra charge of $20. All designs mailed to us will be returned only if requested at the time of order. It is best to send artwork to art@EZCorporateClothing.com with the order number in the subject of the email.
Never refuse shipment for any reason. In the event that your glassware arrives broken, all packaging and boxes must be saved. You will then have to call U.P.S. at 1 (800) PICK-UPS to file a claim and they will assign you an LDI#. After your package has been examined by U.P.S. you may call us with the claim number and the items will be replaced. Claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. We will not be responsible for replacement after that time.
- Screen-printing will ship within 7 to 10 business days, add 15% for rush
- In order to guarantee these rush times we must have entire order, i.e.
a count, sizes, artwork, colors, and address. The above rush times are from the
time that we receive the full order and can start production.
- Glassware and Plastics will ship within 10 business days add 15% for rush
- Rush orders must be placed before 12 p.m. or they will be dated the
following business day. All rush times are plus shipping days, please allow
adequate time when ordering. Please type in comments box when item is needed.
RUSH FEES ARE FOR RUSH PRODUCTION- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. A working day starts on the next business day and does not include holidays or weekends.
IF YOU ORDER OTHER MERCHANDISE THAT TAKES LONGER TO SHIP - WE WAIT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER TOGETHER, SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE MORE THAN ONE ORDER IF YOU NEED IT SOONER.
Regular orders are $7 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. We assure that your order will be shipped in a timely manner. We are, in no way, responsible for delays resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, acts of God, weather conditions, or power failures. UPS will attempt to delivery for three consecutive days. If no response is received, your order will be sent back to us. You will be charged shipping again to have the order re-shipped.
Returns or Exchanges.
Since all orders are custom-made, there can be no returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received.
Be very careful upon ordering, we cannot accept exchanges due to selecting the wrong embroidery color,etc.
All orders are thoroughly examined and counted by at least two members of our production staff to ensure that item sizes and quantities are accurate. All items are also examined for defects prior to being shipped. EZCorporateClothing.com is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered.
If a problem does arise with your order, please contact a customer service representative at 1-877-304-1899 within 24 hours of receiving your order during store hours. Monday - Wednesday 9am-10pm EST, Thursday and Friday 9am-6pm EST, Saturday 10am-6pm EST and Sunday 11am-5pm EST.
Colors on the Internet.
Due to color rendering constraints on the internet, colors may look somewhat different depending on the settings of your computer monitor. The colors shown here are not exact.
